What's New

Money-Transfer Contracts

• You can now offer another commander a money contract right inside your private Diplomacy conversation: name an amount and send it, and they can accept or decline while you can withdraw it.
• Attach a condition — "only if they send a fleet" — naming a from-star, a to-star, and a number of ships, so you pay only when they make the move you asked for; leave the condition off for a straight payment.
• Accepting settles the whole deal at once: the money changes hands immediately, and a conditional fleet launches on the recipient's behalf the moment they accept — a contracted fleet can't be recalled.
• Nothing is held in escrow, so an offer can simply fall through if you can no longer afford it when it's accepted, and an offer left untouched expires after a day. Your Global channel keeps a running list of every contract you have pending.
